President Putin congratulates Trump On Winning US Presidential Elections

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated businessman Donald Trump on winning the US presidential elections.
Putin in a statement on Wednesday, November 9, expressed hope for mutual work on bringing US-Russia relations out of their critical condition. The Russian leader said that “building constructive dialogue” would be in the interest of both countries and the world community.
Trump became America’s 45th president by attaining over 57 million votes to his name, as against Hillary Clinton’s 56 million votes. With this historic victory, Trump, 70, will become the oldest person ever inaugurated as US president. Shortly after declared winner of the US election, the billionaire gave a victory speech in New York after wins in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio and North Carolina where he said: “I pledge to every citizens of our land that I will be president for all Americans and this is so important to me.”
